Hi, I'm Dr Tim Luckcock, often known as the thinking head. Welcome to this interactive site designed to facilitate my engagement as Headteacher with Southfield Primary School in Oakham, Rutland.

This is a private site which only members of the school community can join: children, parents, teachers and governors - a space where we can all put our thinking heads together for the good of the school.

On this page I will keep a Blog about current developments in the school … where you are also invited to leave comments and contributions. You will find a Thinking Club for older children who enjoy practising thinking skills at school and home. There are also confidential forums for facilitating the work of teachers and governors.
